Sonal's international rowing journey is still in its early stages, but it has already provided valuable opportunities to compete, learn, and grow against strong international competition. A courageous young athlete, Sonal regularly competes in Open events against older and more experienced rowers, demonstrating determination, resilience, and a willingness to challenge himself beyond his age group.

At just 14 years of age, he gained invaluable experience racing alongside mature athletes at the Asia Rowing Cup in South Korea, learning lessons that continue to shape his development both on and off the water.
