Under the guidance of Coach Howard Croker during 2025 and 2026 in both Australia and Sri Lanka, Sonal was fitted with the most suitable blade configuration, with his oars personally rigged to complement his technique and performance. Croker Oars continue to support his technical development, providing the precision and reliability required for training and competition.

      The Concept2 rowing ergometer is an essential component of Sonal’s training programme, enabling him to monitor performance, build fitness, and prepare for competition throughout the year.
